Product Description

DRV8904QPWPRQ1 integrates four half-bridges for a 4.5 to 32 V motor supply and has a separate 3.0 to 5.5 V logic supply. The independently controlled outputs can form two full bridges or drive separate high-side and low-side loads. Integrated PWM and SPI configuration let the host set drive states and read detailed channel diagnostics.

The integrated power outputs distinguish this device from a gate driver that requires external bridge MOSFETs. Parallel-output operation can increase available current, but package dissipation and the shared supply-current limit still constrain the combination.
