Product Description

OV09284-E64Y-1A is a monochrome global-shutter image sensor with a 1296 x 816 active array and a 1/4-inch optical format. It supports 1280 x 800 output at up to 120 frames per second; the 3 µm pixels are designed for near-infrared imaging.

The sensor provides two-lane MIPI and parallel DVP outputs with 8-bit or 10-bit RAW data. Its nominal analog, core and I/O supplies are 2.8 V, 1.2 V and 1.8 V respectively. The rev 1A device uses a 64-pin a-CSP package and is supplied in a tray without protective film.
