Product Description

OV02778-E77Y-1B is a 2 MP RGB-IR image sensor with a 1920 x 1080 active array, 2.8 µm pixels and a rolling shutter. It supports full-resolution output at 30 frames per second and uses a 1/2.9-inch optical format.

The sensor provides up to four-lane MIPI CSI-2 or LVDS and a 12-bit parallel DVP interface. It supports high-dynamic-range output and uses a 77-pin automotive CSP; the manufacturer specifies 395 mW active power and 10 mW software standby power.
