Product Description

GD5F4GM8UEYIGR combines a 4 Gbit SLC NAND array with 2 KB data pages, a 2 KB cache and standard, dual or quad SPI access. Its internal ECC is enabled by default and can be disabled by the user.

This U-voltage order operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V. Standard, dual and quad SPI read clocks reach 133 MHz; quad DTR read reaches 104 MHz. The Y/I/G/R suffix selects an 8 × 6 mm WSON8, −40°C to +85°C grade, green code and tape-and-reel packaging.
