Product Description

GD5F4GM8REWIGR is a 4 Gbit SLC SPI NAND option with selectable internal ECC and standard, dual, quad and DTR reads. Its 1.7 to 2.0 V supply range and Up to 104 MHz SDR; 80 MHz quad DTR clock limits must match the host interface.

The 8-pin WSON, 6 x 5 mm body package uses 2048 + 64 bytes (ECC on); 2048 + 128 bytes (ECC off) pages and 64 pages per block; 4096 blocks. The host should account for page-based programming, block erase and NAND bad-block management.
