Product Description

GD5F8GM8UEYIGR provides an 8 Gbit SLC NAND array with SPI x1/x2/x4 and quad DTR read modes. It operates from 2.7 to 3.6 V and supports up to 133 MHz SDR or 104 MHz quad DTR read clocks.

Its 4096-byte data pages expose 128 spare bytes with default internal ECC enabled, or 256 spare bytes with ECC disabled. The array has 64 pages per erase block and 4096 blocks, so the host must use the 8 Gbit block count and 4 KB page layout rather than the 4 Gbit device geometry.
