The processor supports up to 32 GB of LPDDR4/x at 3733 MT/s (4×32 configuration) or DDR4 at 3200 MT/s (2×64) with In-Band ECC across four memory channels providing 59.7 GB/s bandwidth, and integrates Intel UHD Graphics with 32 execution units — double the GPU resources of the J6412/J6413 — at 500 MHz base with 750 MHz burst driving three independent 4K 60 Hz displays.
