It features four x86-64 cores without Hyper-Threading, clocked at 1.60 GHz base with a 2.00 GHz burst, and packs a 2 MB L2 cache within a 12 W TDP envelope. The processor supports up to 8 GB of DDR3L (ECC and non-ECC) at 1866 MT/s or LPDDR4 at 2400 MT/s across four memory channels with 38.4 GB/s bandwidth, and integrates Intel HD Graphics 505 with 18 execution units driving three independent 4K displays. I/O includes six PCIe 2.0 lanes, eight USB 2.0/3.0 ports, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports, GPIO and UART. The E3950 is supplied in a 24 × 31 mm FCBGA1296 package, operates from -40 °C to 85 °C, and includes Intel VT-x/VT-d/EPT virtualization, Secure Boot, AES-NI and Execute Disable Bit.
