Product Description

The TXB0104QRUTRQ1 is a four-bit translator with independent A and B supply rails and automatic bidirectional sensing. The A rail must not exceed the B rail, and the output-enable input is referenced to VCCA; either lost supply places the outputs in high impedance.

The RUT order uses a compact 12-terminal 2.0 × 1.7 mm UQFN. At VCCA 3.3 V and VCCB 3.3 V or 5 V, TI specifies a 90 Mbps timing limit for RUT; the passively sensed architecture is for push-pull interfaces, not open-drain I²C.
