Product Description

TPS929120QPWPRQ1 provides twelve independent high-side LED current sources, programmable from 0.5 to 75 mA per channel, from a 4.5 to 36 V supply. Individual 12-bit PWM supports animated or segmented lamp functions. FlexWire addresses up to sixteen devices on one bus, allowing lighting control to be distributed across several boards.

The programmable fail-safe state and bus watchdog determine behavior when communication is lost. The integrated LDO can supply an external interface device, while the LEDs remain driven by linear high-side outputs whose heat must be managed.
