Product Description

TPS63000IDRCRQ1 is a synchronous buck-boost converter with a 1.8 to 5.5 V operating input and an adjustable 1.2 to 5.5 V output. A single inductor supports step-down and step-up operation as the input moves through the selected output voltage. Power-save mode reduces switching at light loads, while PS/SYNC can select fixed-frequency operation for predictable switching behavior.

The 1.8-A figure is an internal switch-current limit. Available output current is lower in boost mode and depends on input voltage; the manufacturer provides separate 3.3-V output examples for buck and boost operation.
