Product Description

TPS62097QWRGTRQ1 is the adjustable-output order of TI's TPS62097-Q1 automotive synchronous buck converter. It accepts 2.5–6.0 V input, supplies up to 2 A and sets the output from 0.8 V toward VIN; a resistor selects a 1.5–2.5 MHz switching frequency.

iDCS-Control shifts between PWM and Power Save Mode as load changes, while forced PWM maintains a more predictable switching frequency for noise-sensitive rails. The SS/TR pin supports programmable soft startup and output tracking; PG, output discharge and hiccup short-circuit protection support rail sequencing and fault response.

The 16-pin RGT VQFN has a 3 × 3 mm wettable-flank body. TI specifies AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and a −40°C to +125°C operating junction-temperature range for this exact order.
