Product Description

The BQB option places an 8:1 bidirectional switch in a 3.5 x 2.5 mm leadless package. Three address inputs select the signal path, and the enable control disconnects it for sequencing or shared-bus isolation.

Injection-current control protects the selected path from overvoltage on disabled inputs, within the specified current limits. That protection does not expand the normal on-channel signal range beyond ground to VDD.
