Product Description

Eight data channels share a transparent-latch enable and an independent output-enable control. The stored byte can therefore remain unchanged while the bus outputs are disconnected.

This CMOS latch uses supply-dependent input thresholds and timing. Its full 125°C current and output-drive limits differ from the 85°C table, so the wider-grade values are retained for this automotive order.
