Product Description

GD25WQ128EWIGR is a 128 Mbit serial NOR order with x1, x2 and x4 SPI read paths. Its memory organization is 256-byte program pages with 4 KB sectors and 32/64 KB blocks.

The W package is an 8-pin, 6 × 5 mm WSON, making its board footprint different from the SOP option; I denotes −40 to +85 °C. The 104 MHz fast-read rating applies at 2.3–3.6 V with DC=1, versus 80 MHz at 1.65–2.3 V.
