SQ3426EV-T1_GE3 extends the SQ34 TSOP-6 switching option to a 60 V N-channel device. It is rated for 7 A continuous drain current at a 25 °C case temperature, with 42 mΩ maximum on-resistance at 10 V gate drive.

At a lower 4.5 V gate drive, the maximum on-resistance is 63 mΩ, a material difference for conduction-loss calculations. Vishay lists the part as automotive grade; it uses a six-lead TSOP-6 package and is rated for junction temperatures from -55 °C to +175 °C.
