TMC8670-BI

The TMC8670-BI goes beyond a standard EtherCAT Slave Controller by integrating a full hardware FOC servo engine, CiA 402 CoE firmware stack and SVPWM generator on one 325-ball BGA device. It runs current, velocity and position control loops entirely on-chip and drives an external gate-driver power stage, while two digital incremental encoder interfaces and Hall feedback support close the loop for demanding industrial servo axes.
