Product Description

TXU0304BQAR is a four-channel fixed-direction voltage-level translator with three channels from port A to port B and one channel from port B to port A. Both supply domains operate over the recommended 1.08 V to 5.5 V range.

The device supports up to 200 Mbps when translating from a 3.0–3.6 V input domain to a 4.5–5.5 V output domain. Output enable, VCC isolation and partial-power-down protection support mixed-voltage interfaces; this ordering code uses a 14-pin WQFN package.
