Product Description

TPS7B4255QDYBRQ1 is a 70 mA voltage-tracking regulator operating from a 3 to 40 V input and following an external ADJ/EN reference. By reproducing the reference on an off-board sensor supply, tight tracking helps keep a ratiometric sensor supply aligned with the measurement reference.

The DYB package has an enhanced thermal path and must be distinguished from the standard DBV option. Cable-fault protection supports remote sensors, while the usable 70 mA output still depends on input-to-output drop and board cooling.
