Product Description

TPS51200QDRCRQ1 is a DDR termination regulator with a source/sink VTT output, buffered reference and remote voltage sense. VTT follows a reference normally derived from the memory I/O rail. The separate buffered reference output lets the memory reference and higher-current termination rail share the intended tracking voltage.

Remote sensing compensates for distribution drop between the regulator and termination load. Continuous source/sink capability still depends on VLDOIN headroom and power dissipation; the fault current-limit thresholds are not load ratings.
