Product Description

TPS1H000AQDGNRQ1 is a single-channel protected high-side switch with a 3.4 to 40 V recommended supply range. It combines a single high-side MOSFET with an externally set current limit and a digital fault indication. Limit behavior can be configured to hold, latch off or retry, allowing different responses to inrush and persistent faults.

The 1-ohm typical on-resistance makes load-current heating significant. Its internal current-limit threshold is a fault-control value, so it must not be presented as the continuous current available in every layout.
