Product Description

TLV7031QDBVRQ1 combines a push-pull output with a nanopower input stage, so no output pull-up is needed for an ordinary logic connection. Its delay is specified with input overdrive and load conditions rather than as a universal 3 us response.

Built-in hysteresis helps turn a slowly varying voltage into a stable digital decision. Use the single-channel current and hysteresis rows; nearby dual and quad family members have different values.
