Product Description

LMR33630BQRNXRQ1 is a 3 A synchronous buck converter for 3.8 to 36 V inputs, with an adjustable 1 to 24 V output subject to input headroom. The B frequency option operates at 1.4 MHz. Integrated synchronous switches and compensation reduce the external control circuitry, while the inductor and capacitors remain part of the application design.

A power-good output and precision enable support supply sequencing. The 3 x 2 mm HotRod package uses parallel input current paths to reduce switching-loop parasitics; its small footprint still requires a deliberate thermal and bypass layout.
