Product Description

LMR14030SQDDARQ1 is a 3.5 A non-synchronous buck converter operating from 4 to 40 V, with output adjustable from 0.8 to 28 V subject to headroom. The SQDDAR ordering option uses the exposed-pad HSOIC package and an external freewheel diode. Internal compensation simplifies the control loop, while external soft start provides control of rail ramp-up.

This option must be distinguished from the SSQDDAR spread-spectrum version. Its adjustable clock permits a choice between switching losses and external component size without implying that spread spectrum is present.
