Product Description

LM22676QMRX-5.0/NOPB is a 3 A non-synchronous buck regulator with a fixed 5 V output and 500 kHz nominal switching frequency. Internal compensation and soft start reduce control components, while the power stage still needs an external inductor and catch diode.

A precision enable input supports power sequencing. The 3-A output capability depends on input voltage, external component losses and heat removal through the package and board.
