Product Description

LPC1768FBD100K is a 100 MHz Cortex-M3 microcontroller with 512 kB flash and 64 kB SRAM in an LQFP100 package. This memory and pin combination should be checked against the firmware and board requirements when selecting an LPC1700 variant.

The integrated Ethernet MAC, two CAN controllers and USB full-speed interface support several communication paths on the same MCU. Ethernet still requires the appropriate external physical interface, and USB operation has its own supply-voltage requirement.
