TPS4H000BQPWPRQ1 integrates four protected high-side switches for a 4 to 40 V recommended supply range. The B option reports an analog current-sense signal for its four protected load outputs. Individual controls and a shared diagnostic selection path allow a controller to switch and monitor several small loads with one IC.

Adjustable current limiting can restrict inrush or overload demand. The 1-ohm power FET resistance and combined package heating are important when several channels remain on together.
