TPS73633DBVR is a 3.3 V fixed-output, 400 mA low-dropout regulator; the input must exceed the output by the required dropout margin. Its NMOS pass stage is stable without an output capacitor, allowing capacitance to be selected for the application transient response rather than loop stability alone.

The noise-reduction pin supports filtering of the internal reference. In the small SOT-23 package, the 400-mA electrical capability must be checked against the heat generated by the selected input-to-output voltage drop.
