产品描述

This low-voltage flip-flop samples data on the rising clock edge and provides both polarities of the stored bit. Asynchronous preset and clear allow state control independently of the clock.

The DQE option occupies a 1.4 x 1.0 mm leadless footprint. It supports low static power and partial-power-down isolation, but its order is rated to 85°C rather than the 125°C range used by many automotive logic parts.
