LM53635MQRNLRQ1 is the adjustable-output, spread-spectrum variant of TI's automotive LM53635-Q1 synchronous buck converter. It delivers up to 3.5 A from an input as high as 36 V at a fixed 2.1 MHz switching frequency, fitting vehicle telematics, head units and instrument clusters.

The M option adds spread spectrum to help manage switching emissions; the device also offers external clock synchronization and a filtered RESET output for rail supervision. This exact order uses a wettable-flank, 22-pin VQFN-HR (RNL) package on a 3,000-piece reel.
