DRV8706SQRHBRQ1 is an SPI-controlled H-bridge gate driver for external N-channel MOSFETs, with a 4.9 to 37 V power supply. The S variant provides SPI configuration for the gate-drive and diagnostic functions. Motor current capability is set by the selected MOSFETs, board and thermal design rather than the gate-drive current rating.

Its wide common-mode amplifier supports inline current measurement during recirculation as well as powered drive intervals. That measurement topology can help a controller retain motor-current information through the PWM cycle.
