DRV8305NQPHPRQ1 operates from a 4.4 to 45 V power supply and drives six external N-channel MOSFETs. It controls an external three-phase bridge and integrates three current-shunt amplifiers. Programmable gate-drive strength lets switching behavior be matched to MOSFET gate charge and the chosen PWM frequency.
The NQ option provides a voltage reference rather than the 50-mA regulated supply available on other DRV8305 variants. A system requiring that MCU supply must provide it separately; the family headline for an integrated LDO does not describe this option.
