LM5012DDAR is a TI 100 V-rated non-synchronous buck DC-DC converter with an ultra-low 10 uA sleep current, integrated 100 V 0.25 Ohm power MOSFET and constant on-time (COT) control. It regulates from a 6 V to 100 V input at up to 2.5 A output with 1.2 V to 95 V output range in the 8-pin HSOIC PowerPAD (DDA) package, CISPR 25 Class 5-optimized for EMI.
