AD9755ASTZRL is an Analog Devices 14-bit, 300 MSPS high speed TxDAC+ digital-to-analog converter supplied in a 48-lead LQFP on tape and reel. It pairs a segmented current-source 14-bit DAC core with two buffered latched input ports, so the parallel interface can sustain output update rates up to 300 MSPS where a single data port would be the bottleneck. An internal clock-doubling PLL accepts differential or single-ended clock sources, while the on-chip 1.2 V temperature-compensated reference and 2 mA to 20 mA full-scale differential current outputs simplify the analog back end. With 71 dB SFDR to Nyquist at 25 MHz output, 11 ns settling and 155 mW dissipation from a single 3.3 V supply, it targets multi-carrier base station and direct digital synthesis transmit chains.
