Wideband Frequency Synthesizer with Integrated VCO

ADF4351BCPZ-RL7 is the reel-packed 32-lead LFCSP version of the Analog Devices wideband synthesizer with an on-chip VCO. The VCO runs from 2200 MHz to 4400 MHz and a divide-by-1 to divide-by-64 output stage extends the usable RF output down to 35 MHz, so one device replaces several narrow-band oscillators. Fractional-N and integer-N modes, a 12-bit programmable modulus, fast-lock switching and cycle slip reduction are all controlled over a simple 3-wire serial port.
